Here’s one from the E-List for you to dig into. Its after 4am so I’ll toss my comments in tomorrow.
The author of the list below heads up something called the Impact Network, and as you can see at his website, he works along side Wagners NAR network.

To identify, develop, publicly recognize through ordination, and release emerging apostles and prophets that God is raising up in the nations of the world for this New Apostolic Reformation.
From, Elijah List, “60 Trends that will Emerge with the Full Restoration of Apostles and Prophets”
It is imperative that apostles and prophets come into their appointed positions of leadership in the Church. These are governmental gifts that have tremendous authority to execute the plans and purposes of God. In order to do this they must be identified and released.
When apostles and prophets come into their place, the Church will experience great blessing. Individuals must begin to walk in these callings with confidence and boldness. They need to know the functions of their offices in order to execute them faithfully. Clarity and understanding of these gifts and callings will help them to walk in them fully. This includes planting, activating, imparting, and demonstrating the Kingdom of God.
These gifts need to be confirmed and strengthened. The Church will advance and experience great breakthroughs as a result of these gifts coming forth. The saints will experience a new level of perfecting, maturity and release. Fear, ignorance and unbelief will hinder these gifts from coming forth fully. Overcome fear with courage and boldness, overcome ignorance with knowledge and revelation, and overcome unbelief with faith. Apostolic alignment is important in this hour. We must align ourselves with the apostolic and prophetic movement.
The following are 60 trends that I see emerging in the Church with the full restoration of apostles and prophets.
60 Trends that will Emerge with the Full Restoration of Apostles and Prophets
1. A greater emphasis of the importance of signs, wonders, and miracles (especially deliverance). This will prevent the Church from depending too much on rational, intellectual ways of approaching ministry (see 2 Corinthians 12; Matthew 10). Greater demonstrations of the power of God
2. A greater release of revelation and insight into the mysteries of God. Many portions of Scripture will come alive and be relevant for this end-times move
3. Continue to expand the vision and outreach of the Church in order to break complacency, apathy, and limited vision. This includes expanding into new nations and territories. The release of a pioneering (proton) anointing
4. The raising up of new leaders and ministries, confirming, ordaining, and activating new gifts and callings. This will assure a continual supply of new ministries for the expansion of the Kingdom. Increase of emerging apostles and prophets mentored by more seasoned apostles and prophets
5. Enforcement of Biblical standards for leadership, including elders (bishops). This will help to stem the tide of immorality and bad character in leadership. Standards concerning marriage, family, and divorce will be once again emphasized as a standard for leadership
6. Establishing the Kingdom into new regions and territories through church planting. This includes the release of apostolic, church planting teams. Raising up of Antioch churches that will have a sending and releasing mentality
7. Greater emphasis on spiritual warfare, including binding and loosing. Greater authority over territorial strongholds, including principalities and powers
8. Release of greater grace to handle increased persecution and suffering of the Church worldwide.
9. Release of greater boldness to press forward in spite of suffering, persecution, and increased opposition to the message of the Kingdom of God.
10. Release of greater resources for Kingdom advancement, including finances and human resources. Greater release of missionaries, both long-term and short-term, for the expansion of the Kingdom. This includes Kingdom businessmen and marketplace apostles
11. Strengthening of existing churches and confirmation of new churches. This will greatly strengthen the Church worldwide
12. Releasing and maintaining an atmosphere of liberty in the churches that will be conducive for the moving of the Holy Spirit and operation of the gifts of the Spirit, including prophecy
13. Contending with heresy and doctrinal divisions that keep the Church separated and divided. Defending the truth and preventing apostasy from infiltrating the Church.
14. Releasing the saints into their individual destinies and purposes. Releasing churches into their corporate destinies and purposes. Activating Believers into their callings and empowering them to do the works of Jesus Christ.
15. Releasing the spirit of faith in Believers and assemblies for Kingdom exploits. Apostles and prophets help us to believe for supernatural breakthroughs. As power ministers they often operate with the gift of faith and release the spirit of faith. They help destroy and overcome the spirits of doubt and unbelief that hinder the saints from operating in faith. Warning the Church against the dangers of unbelief
16. Releasing the fear of the Lord for greater reverence and respect for the things of God
17. Greater release of the spirit of prayer and intercession. Increased burden for prayer and intercession. The release of prophetic prayer warriors for regions and territories. Restoration of all night prayer, citywide prayer, watch of the Lord, and corporate prayer
18. Encouragement of fasting that releases humility and greater grace (see 2 Corinthians 11:27).
19. Encouragement of individuals and churches to embrace a global vision and sending mentality
20. Emphasis on foundational and important truth that establishes Believers in the faith and prepares them to go to perfection (maturity). Rejection of teachings and any emphasis that are not important and do not matter. Bring redefinition to terms and doctrines that have been taught erroneously.
21. Encourage the baptism of the Holy Spirit as the doorway into the supernatural realm and Spirit-filled living. Emphasize the importance of utterance, including tongues and prophecy, along with impartation and release of these things through the laying on of hands
22. Upgrade of churches and regions into present truth
23. Creation of new wineskins to receive the new wine that is being released from Heaven. Renewing of old wineskins, including denominational structures and churches
24. Bringing reformation and change. Establishing and releasing new models for ministry
25. Helping the churches transition into new moves and patterns for ministry. Apostles are raised up during times of transition (see Joshua 1).
26. Help interpret new moves and validate them Scripturally (see Acts 2).
27. Changing and shifting spiritual climates over regions and territories, causing a new receptivity to the Gospel and the things of the Holy Spirit.
28. Relieving and helping the poor, orphans, and widows. A greater release of good works
29. A greater release of angelic activity through worship to God, prayer, and utterances, including apostolic decrees and prophetic declarations
30. Redigging old wells. Reestablishment and restoration of truth that has been neglected or under-emphasized
31. Greater release of judgments against immorality and sin both within the Church and society. Pronouncement of judgment upon wicked rulers, wicked governments, and wicked religious, economic and political systems
32. Release of greater peace and grace in churches, especially persecuted and suffering churches
33. Release of greater favor for churches with local governments
34. Greater multiplication and church growth through evangelism and discipleship
35. Pulling down of strongholds and ideologies, including humanism, that have kept people from receiving the truth
36. Greater acceleration of the purposes of God worldwide, including the fulfillment of Bible prophecies and prophetic utterances
37. Greater manifestation of God’s glory in the Church, including the manifest presence of God and the restoration of the tabernacle of David
38. Greater release of the prophetic, including personal prophecy, corporate prophecy, prophetic teams and companies, prophets, prophetic worship, arts, dance, banners, and prophetic teaching and preaching. Apostles will encourage the prophetic in local churches and regions
39. Greater clarity and understanding of the purposes of God, including the Great Commission
40. Greater unity and cooperation between leaders and ministries in localities (see Ephesians 4:3).
41. Greater release of women and minorities into ministry and authority. Destruction of spirits of racism and sexism in the Church. Smaller nations and people groups being released into their destinies and redemptive purposes
42. Greater release of small groups through cell structure, releasing more Believers to share their gifts with the Body
43. Greater testimony released in the earth, including martyrdom
44. Greater impact and breakthrough into Jewish and Muslim people and those who have been historically resistant to the Gospel. Historical and generational rebellion will be confronted by apostolic leaders
45. Greater breakthroughs into media for the promotion of the Gospel, including Hollywood.
46. Greater manifestation of demons, hardness of heart as the demonic realm reacts to the advancement of the Church and increased breakthrough
47. Restoration of proper government in the Church, including the restoration of governing presbyteries of apostles, prophets, and teachers. Challenging false government, including congregational and episcopal control
48. Greater emphasis on holiness and righteousness in the Church. This will help stem the tide of worldliness and carnality
49. Greater impartation through the laying on of hands and prophecy. This will accelerate people into their callings and giftings
50. Greater unity and team ministry. This will be especially true of apostles and prophets working together to build, plant and break through. Greater understanding of these gifts will help Believers walk in them accurately and bring greater blessing to the Church. The result will be the perfecting of the saints for the work of the ministry and the edifying of the Body of Christ as all five ministries are released and work together
51. Establishment and recognition of spiritual gatekeepers and gateway churches that operate in apostolic authority in cities, regions and territories
52. Increase of knowledge and breaking of spiritual ignorance and darkness, including superstition and idolatry
53. Greater breakthroughs in inner cities and areas that have been neglected and abandoned
54. Greater emphasis on justice and righteousness in society. Dealing with unfairness, inequality, racism, and discrimination
55. Greater emphasis on outreach, street ministry, prayer walking. Greater visibility outside of the four walls of the church
56. Greater encouragement to sell all and forsake all for the sake of the Kingdom. More radical conversions and commitment from the saints
57. Greater release of youth and children in salvation, gifts of the Spirit, and ministry
58. Greater release of apostles and prophets, and more ministers step into these callings, being inspired to move into these gifts because of others who have preceded them. The fear and unbelief that have prevented many from walking in these callings will be overcome. The restoration of these gifts means that an abundance of these gifts will be seen in the end-times Church. Multiplied thousands will come forth in different cities, regions, and nations
59. The Church will begin to contend for the faith that was once delivered unto the saints
60. Continuous revival and refreshing released to the Church (see Acts 3:19). This is a result of repentance that comes from the conviction of the Holy Spirit, and this will precede the coming of the Lord (see Acts 3:20). Restoration of all that has been spoken by the prophets
Its after 4am so I’ll toss my comments in tomorrow.
I notice you stay up late everynight. It is 4am for me also. I work all day and surf your blog at night, lol! I’m off tomorrow though, no school either.
Most nights i get so involved in reading, its 3 or4 am before i realize it!
(glad you have a day off Ricardo)
Ah yes, John Eckhardt… I remember him coming to speak at Christ For the Nations Institute when I attended there 10 years ago. I don’t remember too much of what he spoke about, except for his call for all ministries to submit to “apostolic visionaries.” But I do remember his arrogance and self-promotion; it was glaring and unmistakable.
I’ve only skimmed through the 60 trends above so far, but #22 caught my eye: “Upgrade of churches and regions into present truth.” What in the world is “present truth”? Is it the false and unbiblical revelations of these self-proclaimed apostles and prophets? I certainly don’t assume that all churches are Bible-centered, but is Eckhardt suggesting that this “present truth” is an upgrade from Bible-based truth?
#13 is laughable too: “Contending with heresy…preventing apostasy from infiltrating the Church.” Hahahaha! That one brought tears to my eyes. To me, these “apostles” epitomize heresy and apostasy.
These folks are amazing…
Adam, that’s what i saw in this list, arrogance.
These people actually believe the fate of the entire Church is in their hands.
That WAS a good one! What are they going to do, contend with themselves?!!
#61. Greater Deception of ALL THE UNDISCERNING!
Pj, as always, I look forward to your thoughts (and why up at 4am?!) It is unsettling how they are laying out their plans and people are buying it hook, line, and stinker.
That’s the only thing not funny about these people, others do follow them.
Otherwise their claims and self-appointed authority is just hilarious.
I would like to sit down with one of their followers, just to have a conversation with them face to face….to get an idea of what type of people follow these delusional folks and pay to attend their conferences.
The old saying, ‘birds of a feather flock together’, may apply. I think this can be applied to spiritual attractions too. Perhaps its a simple as their followers are just as power hungry, full of pride and self-importance, as they are…
Do you ever get anyone at your blog who follows these NAR folks? Who are they…i’ve never met one here or in person!
Pj, I am not really sure that their followers know what is going on. It is a slight of hand – not release them of their responsibility – but it is a slight of hand that these ‘prophets’ are performing.
“Look at our commitment to social justice, and restoring America’s heritage (Liberals and Conservatives),” they say while they are using their money to build their base. While people are looking at the ‘good’ the bad is coming.
Be careful
2 Corinthians 11
12 But what I do, I will also continue to do, that I may cut off the opportunity from those who desire an opportunity to be regarded just as we are in the things of which they boast. 13 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ. 14 And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light. 15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves into ministers of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works.
Don’t forget number 61.
61. A continual stream of false doctrines, unbiblical practices, scripture twisting and leading people astray in pagan practices.
“These are governmental gifts that have tremendous authority to execute the plans and purposes of God. In order to do this they must be identified and released.”
How about “big, tremendous heads” puffed up with their own self importance. And what’s with the”identified and released” garbage? God gives individuals gifts to be used as HE pleases. I don’t need some self appointed false apostle to tell me what God has given me and then try to boss me on how to follow Him.
These people are dangerous. They ARE the end time apostasy and through their #1Emphasis, Signs and Wonders, FALSE signs and wonders, they are deceiving the ignorant in the church. They are slaughtering God’s sheep.
Just a few from the list which jumped out…or were more ludicrous then others:
-1. A greater emphasis of the importance of signs, wonders, and miracles (especially deliverance). This will prevent the Church from depending too much on rational, intellectual ways of approaching ministry
Translation: leave your brain behind, check it at the door–you won’t need it in this new movement.
-4. The raising up of new leaders and ministries, confirming, ordaining, and activating new gifts and callings. This will assure a continual supply of new ministries for the expansion of the Kingdom. Increase of emerging apostles and prophets mentored by more seasoned apostles and prophets
Translation: the gifts of the Spirit and Godly callings listed in the bible are going to become passe…old hat! For we are raising up and training a bunch of apostates (sons and daughters of hell, worse then ourselves) which are going to introduce you to “new gifts” and new “callings”…you won’t find these in your bible, but who cares!?! !
-10. Release of greater resources for Kingdom advancement, including finances and human resources. Greater release of missionaries, both long-term and short-term, for the expansion of the Kingdom. This includes Kingdom businessmen and marketplace apostles
Translation: Dominionism
-20. Emphasis on foundational and important truth that establishes Believers in the faith and prepares them to go to perfection (maturity). Rejection of teachings and any emphasis that are not important and do not matter. Bring redefinition to terms and doctrines that have been taught erroneously.
Translation: There are certain portions of the word of God (like testing all things, etc) which are ‘not important’…we plan on de-emphasizing these unimportant teachings, after all, they do not matter! Others we’ll allow you to keep, are going to be re-defined by us…because you’re too ignorant to know what they ‘really’ mean.
-22. Upgrade of churches and regions into present truth
-23. Creation of new wineskins to receive the new wine that is being released from Heaven. Renewing of old wineskins, including denominational structures and churches
-24. Bringing reformation and change. Establishing and releasing new models for ministry
Translation: Get ready, we are taking over your church!!
-27. Changing and shifting spiritual climates over regions and territories, causing a new receptivity to the Gospel and the things of the Holy Spirit.
-29. A greater release of angelic activity through worship to God, prayer, and utterances, including apostolic decrees and prophetic declarations
Translation: We’re going to continue the practice of opening spiritual ‘portals’…and teaching you how to do the same! This will increase the likelihood of your being deceived by false visions, trips to to heaven, fire tunnels, and satan appearing as an Angel of light (or Angel of finance, revival, or Emma).
-36. Greater acceleration of the purposes of God worldwide, including the fulfillment of Bible prophecies and prophetic utterances
Translation: We’ll not wait for God to fulfill his own prophetic words–heck no! We’ll fulfill them for him! After all, we have the power, we’re gods too….
-51. Establishment and recognition of spiritual gatekeepers and gateway churches that operate in apostolic authority in cities, regions and territories
Translation: We’ve chosen certain cities and churches where we believe portals can more easily be opened to demons. We plan on using these locations to call down demonic activity, so, the need for “gatekeepers”. (Think, “Ghost Busters”)
These translations are right on, and very well-stated. Eckhardt’s list of 60 expected trends is indeed very revealing concerning the ungodly agenda of this movement.
When I read #36 on his list, and then your translation of that point (“We’ll not wait for God to fulfill his own prophetic words–heck no! We’ll fulfill them for him! After all, we have the power, we’re gods too…”), it brought to mind something I was thinking about last week. My Bible study group read and discussed II Peter 3 last Thursday night, and the passage I’m calling to mind right now is this:
“…scoffers will come in the last days, walking according to their own lusts, and saying, ‘Where is the promise of His coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation.’ For this they willfully forget: that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of water and in the water, by which the world that then existed perished, being flooded with water. But the heavens and the earth which now exist are kept in store by the same word, reserved for fire until the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men” (II Peter 3:3-7).
When I came across this passage in our study last week, I wondered to myself how this scoffing message is being communicated today, and by whom (professing unbelievers or professing believers)? I could be wrong, but it seems that Wagner and the rest of his NAR cronies are communicating this same message in so many words. They want to put Christ’s Second Coming and the Day of the Lord afar off, if these events are in their mind at all. First, we are told, they will pull off an elaborate plan to usher in an extended utopian age with themselves as the central heroes. Bob Jones has stated explicitly and dogmatically that the Church will still be present in the year 2060 (he claims to have seen visions to this effect), reigning triumphantly under the leadership of the apostles and attaining to immortality. Bill Hamon has a similar long-range blueprint laid out in detail, with Wagner endorsing it, of course. They speak as if they will accomplish what Scripture says Christ’s Second Coming will accomplish. THEY will possess the nations as THEIR inheritance instead of Christ (Psalm 2:8), THEY will rule the nations with a rod of iron (Psalm 2:9) and execute judgment in the earth, THEY will initiate immortality and the redemption of our bodies; or so they say.
Titus 2:13 says that we should be “looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ.” These false apostles are on record many times poking fun at this doctrine and making light of this beautiful and highly-motivating promise, which is repeated and emphasized so often in Scripture. They are hard at work doing all they can to misdirect our hope.
Peter’s words, however, are so full of truth: “Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells” (II Peter 3:13).
“When apostles and prophets come into their place, the Church will experience great blessing.”
Yeah? More like the church will experience greater delusion. These people are such pompous arrogant little deceivers. We everyday normal hum-drum christains need them for a blessing like we need more Tod Bentleys. How can anyone take them serious? They bore me anymore. I agree with doublegrace!
Ricardo,
look closely at PJ’s moniker, you have to squint to see that she does not have eyelids, so she cannot close her eyes. What is a girl to do but read and serve the body of Christ?
As for these words: “….To identify, develop, publicly recognize through ordination, and release emerging apostles and prophets that God is raising up in the nations of the world for this New Apostolic Reformation…..”
Ah, anyone ever heard of the sins of the nico/conquerors/laitans/laity/laos/people?
That phrase should tip you off to stay as far away from them as you can!
Anyone ever heard of a God who never slumbers or sleeps? He doesn’t need any help from anyone to identify “who” He has created and “why”.
God is well able to keep some in the dark while letting His Light shine, shine, shine!
I have a extra pair of eyelids PJ if you want them? Albeit, they are used!
Not one word about Love! Nuff said.
Here we go…not to be outdone (or out false-prophesied) by John Eckhardt, a new one posted today at EList by James W. Goll: “Declarations for 2009 and Beyond”
There is so much nuttiness and dominionism in Jim Goll’s (NOT the Holy Spirit’s)Declaration, I wouldn’t even know where to begin.
The most “blasphemous” it seems to me is his declaration of “The two righteous seeds of Michal Ann Goll and Jill Austin have been sown into the ground…”
As if they are equal with Jesus Himself, as HE ONLY is THE Righteous Seed.
22, 47, 51 portend abuse. Nothing new under the sun.
You got that right, Scott.
I’ve been waiting for these guys to begin publishing their ‘words for 2009′. Looks like its started.
I ‘predict’ we’ll see more in the coming weeks from other members of the NAR.
The NAR Bible!

Not to be outdone, Benny Hinn just emailed this:
7 Prophetic Promises for 2009
Pastor Benny Hinn and Todd Coontz 2009A year ago as I sat with Dr. Oral Roberts in his home, I saw a copy of Dr. Todd Coontz’s new book, The Miracle of a Chile Pepper Seed. After I paged through it, I knew we wanted to have Todd teach on our television program as soon as possible.
What a great This Is Your Day! program it was, as he taught about “The Miracle of a Chile Pepper Seed.” We received such a great response from that telecast, and we have featured him several times since then, both on the broadcasts and in our Miracle Services.
A gifted teacher, Todd Coontz helps the body of Christ understand financial prosperity, using nearly two decades’ experience in finance and Bible study to bring real meaning and interest to this vital subject.
My Own Recent Experience
Many people come to our conferences and television programs who teach on finances and sowing seed, but there is simply something unique about what Dr. Todd Coontz teaches.
He came to a conference a few months ago and spoke about planting seed and taking a large step of faith. I have needs, just as you do, and I truly needed God to work a miracle in a certain area of my own finances.
I can’t give you all the details, but I can tell you that I was in a situation where I truly needed to trust the Lord for a miracle.Todd Coontz in Dallas with Benny Hinn Ministries
So I took a large step of faith and planted a sacrificial gift into the ministry.
I was amazed at how quickly and miraculously God worked. It was so dramatic that I wondered, “Maybe it was just a matter of timing and coincidence.”
Dr. Coontz came to another conference soon after that, and I was so intrigued by what had happened in my own life that I decided to step out even more sacrificially.
Again, the results were quick and nothing short of miraculous!
I guarantee you that when he starts teaching on this subject and takes an offering I am going to be the first in line, because I know that Todd has a gift for hearing from the Lord about the seasons and the times concerning financial harvest.
That’s why this e-mail to you is so important!
The 7 Promises
During the two This Is Your Day! programs being aired this week, Todd continues to reveal a powerful word for the body of Christ, and I want to share his seven key points about what God wants to do for you during the remainder of 2009.
“In spite of all that’s going on with the world’s economic system,” Todd began, “your future doesn’t depend upon the world’s circumstances and standards. We are in the world, but we are not of this world. It is time for you to rise up and claim your godly inheritance! You can hold to the standard of the kingdom of God, and the best days for believers are just ahead!”
Briefly, let me list Dr. Coontz’s seven prophetic promises, along with a very special offer.
Prophetic Promise # 1 for 2009:
A Year of Increased Opportunity
There is a significant difference between the world’s prosperity message and the Gospel’s prosperity message.
The message of the world is greed—“Get all you can get!”
But the message of the Gospel is knowing the will of God and using His abundant overflow to take the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world.
There are 2,250 scriptures in the Bible that deal with money, and the Bible focuses much time on how to be a good steward over your money. How you handle your finances determines how you handle your life.
“Where your treasure is,” Matthew 6:21 declares, “there will your heart be also.”
The difference between a nonbeliever and the believer is greed versus giving.
And that difference in 2009 will become even more marked as God pours out amazing opportunities on His children.
One point to remember: God doesn’t always pour out a financial harvest first. Many times He showers us with ideas and breakthroughs that turn into financial harvest.
Our friend Oral Roberts calls these “concepts, insights, and ideas.” And your entire life can change literally overnight as God pours out His wisdom on you.
Those who tap into this outpouring of increased opportunities will truly be revolutionized during the coming months, and I want you to be one of those people!
Prophetic Promise # 2 for 2009:
Multiplication of Wisdom and Understanding
We are told in Scripture, “Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding” (Proverbs 4:7).Todd Coontz Feb 2009 – Benny Hinn
God’s wisdom is different from the world’s knowledge. You can get all the degrees and knowledge from the greatest universities and still not understand what God desires to do in you and through you.
Proverbs 23:23 tells us something that is truly remarkable: “Buy the truth, and sell it not; also wisdom, and instruction, and understanding.”
How do you buy wisdom and understanding? You get it through the knowledge that God wants to pour into your life.
In fact, as Todd says, “The difference between your today and your tomorrow is your information. And that information comes to us from God through an act of faith. Every one of these seven prophetic promises for 2009 requires an act of faith. You see, the only way to please God is through acts of faith. God is not moved by your needs, but He is moved by your faith. So when you act in faith, that action moves the hand of God. This applies to receiving wisdom, knowledge, and information from God, then acting on it to see great multiplication in your life!”
Prophetic Promise # 3 for 2009:
More Dreams, Visions, and Miracles
The Bible tells us, “But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel; And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams” (Acts 2:16-17).
Recent Crusade Alter CallIn the last days, God will pour His Spirit on all flesh and that will lead to increased dreams, visions, and miracles.
We are seeing this happening all around the world. What better vision than the Great Commission: “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost” (Matthew 28:19).
People are responding like never before as we share the life-changing and miracle-working Gospel through crusades, broadcasts, and mission outreaches.
And God has so much more for us to do as we join together in 2009!
That is why I was so excited when Todd taught on this key. Then he said, “As people plant their seed in 2009, it will be a year of multiple harvests! What you sowed last year, you are going to see come to a harvest this year. God is going to reschedule a new season for your seed. He’s going to bring new life into that dormant seed that you planted before!”
Prophetic Promise # 4 for 2009:
Heightened Intensity to God’s Leading
This will be a year when you will have greater supernatural guidance than ever before.
Todd says, “The Bible talks about the Holy Spirit as the Paraclete, the one who desires to take you by the hand and lead you where you need to go. He is the one who brings all things to your remembrance. He is the one who empowers you. He is the one who gives you deputized authority. And it is time that the Holy Spirit is the strongest and loudest and clearest voice in your life!”
What a wonderful promise we have: “And I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the Lord, which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel” (Isaiah 45:3).
The Lord wants to lead you to riches in secret places. He knows where the opportunities are. He knows where the ideas and concepts are.
If you will learn to listen to Him, especially as you then learn to respond through your faith, He will show you what you should do, the roads you should take, and the doors you should walk through.
He is ready to intensify His leading in 2009!
Prophetic Promise # 5 for 2009:
Greater Ability to Discern the Intent and Motives of People
Wrong people never seem to leave your life voluntarily. They will stay in your life as long as you permit them to.
According to Todd, “This will be a year when God wants to bless you and bring people into your life who can promote you and catapult you into a new season. Likewise, the devil wants to destroy you by bringing people into your life who will drag you down and encourage you to make wrong choices. If there are wrong people in your life, people who have not been authorized to be there by God, they will keep you from entering your season of blessing.”
It is so important to listen to God’s direction about the right and wrong people in your life, and during 2009 there will be a greater ability to discern the intent and motives of people around you.
Prophetic Promise # 6 for 2009:
God Will Fight Your Battles
Many have been through terrible struggles in 2008. Perhaps you are still involved in major struggles right now—perhaps relationships, finances, roadblocks, job loss, illness. God is ready to turn things around for you as you follow Him in faith this year.
“This will be a year when God will silence your enemies,” Todd said on This Is Your Day! He then said, “You will be vindicated from all that has been said against you. He is going to give you the plan, the strategy. He’s going to fight for you and scatter your enemies. He will renew broken relationships. This is going to be the year when God is going to fight your battles for you!”
I’m ready for that, aren’t you?
Prophetic Promise # 7 for 2009:
A Year of Promotion of Increased Favor with Influential People
Dr. Coontz was emphatic as he moved into the seventh promise: “Promotion is getting ready to happen throughout the body of Christ. And this is going to be the year when influential people are going to enter your life. Get ready, for promotion is knocking on your door. You are going to be promoted. When others are missing opportunities, you will have greater opportunities because you are a child of God who is willing to act in faith. You are in covenant with the King of kings and the Lord of lords! God is going to authorize you to have divine promotion.”
Moving into These 7 Prophetic Promises
Dr. Coontz spoke of coming into the studio to share these promises and being stirred in his heart to ask 1,189 partners of this ministry to step out in faith to plant a $200 seed into the work of God.
He said the 1,189 miracles would represent 1,189 chapters in the Word of God. And he pointed to this special act of faith, according to the leading he felt, to be a promotion seed.
“I truly believe the Lord is getting ready to pour out these seven promises,” he said, “and I especially want to reemphasize the importance of promotion. God wants to promote His children. That’s why I believe God has instructed me to tell the people of God to sow a $200 promotion offering. It will be astounding to see what happens next! And this is going to require a swift act of faith. I want you to make your $200 promotion offering right now!”
Everything Begins with a Seed
In the beginning God said that as long as the earth remains, there will be seedtime and harvest: “While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease” (Genesis 8:22).
Jesus often talked about the power of seed that is planted in faith: “If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you” (Matthew 17:20).
The apostle Paul often referred to the law of sowing and reaping: “Whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap” (Galatians 6:7).
Throughout the Scriptures, the Lord tells us what to do if we want mountains moved—plant your seed as an act of faith!
The Urgent Need for Your Seed
The nations of the world are ready to receive the Gospel as never before.
Millions in the world are calling out for God, seeking answers, and pleading for deliverance.
They are looking for hope, but no hope is in sight. They are begging for answers, but no answers are found. They are searching for light, yet they are imprisoned in darkness.

Why do these people always believe that our ‘godly inheritance’ has to do with money and prosperity? Its all they talk about! Sowing seeds etc…in order to reap more for ourselves.
Increase, prosperity, dreams and visions, etc. is all they ever see…ever notice that?
And promotion:
Thanks for posting yet another ‘word’ for 09, from one of these guys DoubleGrace!
Benny Hinn said: “So I took a large step of faith and planted a sacrificial gift into the ministry… I was so intrigued by what had happened in my own life that I decided to step out even more sacrificially.” Seriously, are these the words of Benny Hinn? A “sacrificial” gift?!
Did he sell his bullet-proof limousine the first time, and one of his mansions the second time? Or did one of his “sacrificial gifts” involve staying in a budget hotel instead of a $10,000/night Presidential Suite?
According to Benny, we should cling to the “Gospel’s prosperity message.” Hmm, I don’t remember seeing in Scripture that the gospel has a prosperity message. Benny elaborates, “But the message of the Gospel is knowing the will of God and using His abundant overflow to take the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world.” Funny, Paul’s definition of the gospel was a bit different: “…that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures” (I Corinthians 15:1-4). I’ll stick with the Bible’s gospel.
Since the context of Hinn’s statement above was about money, he also in effect casts scorn on believers around the world who do the work of evangelism despite not being loaded with cash. Much will be revealed at the Judgment Seat of Christ.
You’re welcome. I’ve been hearing the “this is the year of promotion, increased favor” for 10 years. It’s so over!
There’s really nothing new under the sun; and, I might add, what >is< under the sun is beginning to stink.
The only words I could see words are”Greater” and “Release” or “Releasing.” It would be fun (or not) to count how many of these words are in this “prophetic proclamation.”
Hmmmm…so, they think the “saints” and the churches will be released into their destinies. Sounds mythological to me!
“Releasing the saints into their individual destinies and purposes. Releasing churches into their corporate destinies and purposes. Activating Believers into their callings and empowering them to do the works of Jesus Christ.”
They seem to think there’s a spirit of this and that. Since when has there been a “spirit of prayer and intercession”?
This statement is very Apostolic/Pentecostal: “Encourage the baptism of the Holy Spirit as the doorway into the supernatural realm and Spirit-filled living. Emphasize the importance of utterance, including tongues and prophecy, along with impartation and release of these things through the laying on of hands.” I visited a church where the Pastor’s wife was laying hands on the teenagers and trying to force them to speak in tongues. I watched as a teen boy she was praying for went into an altered state of consciousness and began moaning. The Pastor’s wife started yelling, grabbed the boy’s jaw and said, “Come on, you can do it!” I was shocked! Those moans from the boy sounded so demonic. I got up and left, but I could still hear the boy’s moanings outside! I found out that church is Jesus Only. They overemphasized the blood every Sunday and were strong believers in people needing to pray tongues in order to be saved. To manipulate someone by trying to force them to pray in tongues is a monstrosity and an insult to the Holy Spirit! As soon as the Pastor’s wife found out I didn’t agree with their doctrine, she cut me off.
PJ, I know alot of people, who follow these NAR folks and run from one conference to another to get the “anointings.” I used to attend a church, where the Pastor went to Lakeland to get the anointing and brought it back to the church. He had an impartation night. I never went, but I heard that it was really wild with alot of angel feathers and gold dust showing up.
I’ve warned many people about false prophets, but they get angry at me and deny any falsehood. The comment I have received the most is, “I don’t see anything wrong with it.” They are so blinded by the lies.
