Local pastor Wiley Drake named ‘World’s Worst Person’

I see our favorite ‘pray-er for death’ is back in the news; Pastor Wiley Drake.

The OC Register:

MSNBC broadcaster zings minister’s use of prayer against President Obama.

He may not be the city’s favorite son, but Southern Baptist Pastor Wiley Drake is certainly one of Buena Park’s most famous denizens.

Cable channel MSNBC host Keith Olbermann gave Drake more exposure this week when he named Drake the “World’s Worst Person.” In video aired on the station on Monday, Olbermann cited Drake’s admission that he prays for the death of President Barack Obama as his basis for the selection.

Such prayers are “Kind of like voodoo,” the broadcaster commented..

Every time i see this guy’s name [and title, 'pastor'] brought up in the secular news i want to hang my head in embarrassment.

What a horrible example of Christ and Christianity he is…
