Witches Unaware: Black Magic In The Church

And he brought me to the door of the court; and when I looked, behold a hole in the wall. Then said he unto me, Son of man, dig now in the wall: and when I had digged in the wall, behold a door. And he said unto me, Go in, and behold the wicked abominations that they do here. Ezekiel 8:7-9

What is witchcraft? How is it defined in the Bible? This is part (1) of a three part series from Tic Toc Ministries

  1. I’m a little curious. What is your end-time theology?

  2. Hi Yemi…

my end-time theology… As far as what exactly?

I can tell you I believe 100% that Jesus will return, and we better be prepared. Actually we should be prepared every day, for the beginning of my or your eternity could happen before He returns, if we’re taken out of this world “tomorrow” because our time here is over.

Are you asking if i hold to one particular popular view?

  3. What do u mean by being taken out tomorrow? death or rapture? I must confess. I was disturbed by the folks at threshing floor you linked to this page.

  4. Yemi, any one of us could meet Jesus face to face before this day is over through the death of our bodies. So for that reason i believe in being prepared daily.

Sorry the Threshing Floor link this week disturbed you–but the points which were made on the Church and its involvement with politics, were very good–and worth listening to. Many of todays ministries are caught up in this world and believe change can only come about through politics. I strongly disagree. Jesus said his kingdom was not of this world, amen?

You had me somewhat confused with your question, because i thought it had to do with the post on witchcraft.

    God bless..

  7. Today I went to Church as usual with mom. While minding our own business a man came up and handed six pages of information on “Gospel Magic” to mom to read… as he was walking away I heard him say: “not that I am trying to persuade you or anything” The man’s first name is David, and he is an Illusionist who does magic tricks inside the church and tries to combine it’s entertaining qualities with that of Jesus. I asked mom if I could read what he gave her, and so I did. A paragraph caught my attention which basically said: we don’t have to understand… we should ask God to help us understand… and we may want to ask the Gospel Magician for understanding in order to change our perspective view on the matter… so as to Enjoy the entertaining effects Illusionists bring while also being a benefactor of what is said about Jesus. The pages tell me that Jesus was good at Entertaining the Crowds… and too doing things on a tremendous scale that caught the attention of many… goodness how else would he be able to get their attention and keep it if it were not for the Tricks he used? Jesus is now being compared to Magic.

Never has the idea of Entertainment crossed my mind where the Word of God is concerned, nor does the idea of Being Entertained in order for my ears to adhere to the Word of God come into question. I do not need a Visual Persuasive Method in order for me to Listen to, nor do I need a Progressive Innovative Idea to keep me interested in the Word of God. So then who became bored? Was it the Pastor, or the congregation who became bored? Was it the same ole same ole routine way, monotonous habit, the singing of the same ole Hymns, and listening to same ole scriptures?

What in Hell Happened? or shall I say: When was Hell invited into the Church?

In the Beginning Man created God… and thought it was good. They created their own word to suit themselves, and they create their own Visions to accommodate the crowds.

God is not magic… He is Super over the Natural.

    • Good grief H…the Gospel Magician? Now i’ve heard everything!

When was Hell invited into the Church?

Until recently i would have said, in the last 20-25 years, but i no longer believe that. I now believe satan has always had a front row seat in the church. What’s changed is he is now grown “comfortable” in the pew….comfortable enough to make himself known.

Music from Broken Chords

Down in the human heart, crush'd by the tempter, Feelings lie buried that grace can restore; Touched by a loving heart, wakened by kindness Chords that were broken will vibrate once more. From the Hymn "Rescue the Perishing" by Fanny J. Crosby

I Was a Teenage Dispensationalist

It's the end (of the end) of the world as we know it...
