Turning Christianity into Mythology

Nollie’s put together some quotes from the likes of Joel Osteen, Joyce Meyer, Benny Hinn, T. D. Jakes, Paula White, Juanita Bynum, John Hagee, Kenneth Copeland, Kenneth Hagin, Frederick Price, and Creflo Dollar which prove his point that Christianity has been turned into a form of mythology by the men and women mentioned above.

For example,

Ancient God in Faraway Planet: 6’2″ and 200 Pounds

“Once upon a time, long long ago, on a faraway planet, there lived a good God. This God was very much like you and me—a Being who stands about 6’2″ to 6’3″, weighs a couple of hundred pounds, and has a handspan of about 9 inches” ~ Kenneth Copeland

  1. Hi PJ,

    Thanks. BTW, I’m a he.

  2. Reblogged this on The Master's Slave.

  3. Y’know, this is just the garbage that makes me mad. How can a man justify saying this sort of tripe? And how can people give their hard earned money to this cultist leader?

    • And how can people give their hard earned money to this cultist leader?

You know, i’ve asked that same question for years about all of these folks. Its a true mystery to me my friend, a true mystery.

PS, this tripe makes me angry too!

    • Hard to believe, but it can only make sense when we realize that it is Satan who blinds sinners, and the Holy Spirit alone who can open their eyes.

    • Amen Nollie.

If the Holy Spirit hadn’t been sent to us, we’d still be sitting in darkness.

    • Yes, both of you are so right. These charlatans remind me of Pinocchio where that man took a wagon full of boys to Jack-ass island. They had their fill of sin and debauchery and ended up as jack asses themselves. God’s giving them over to their lusts and eventually they will have their fill…and the flames of hell will rejoice.

Music from Broken Chords

Down in the human heart, crush'd by the tempter, Feelings lie buried that grace can restore; Touched by a loving heart, wakened by kindness Chords that were broken will vibrate once more. From the Hymn "Rescue the Perishing" by Fanny J. Crosby

"Evil men do not understand justice, but those who seek the LORD understand it fully."
