Enough Already! Aha… No, there can never be too many

A few years ago I made a comment (while in the midst of my 8 grandchildren and their spouses) concerning how I prayed God would allow me to live long enough to experience the pleasure of being a great-grandma. Since then I’ve been blessed with two beautiful Great-Grand-Babies! And now we’re anticipating the arrival of a third!

He, it is a boy, has not been given a name yet; the new parent’s are still undecided on what to call him, but say ‘hello’ to great-grand-baby number three, due early this spring. I was amazed at how clear the photo turned out.

  1. Took me a second to realize what I was looking at but good for you all! Buck the system!!! More kids the better and to be surrounded by laughter and giggles, music and noise (we have four kids), is the beauty of God’s heart right here in our home. I am very happy for you.

    • Surrounded by laughter and giggles…amen! I like that.

Besides the joy they’ve brought into my life, i have loved watching my own children take on the role of grandparents. aha!

    • Hehe…now it’s payback time, eh? I can’t wait until I’m a grandpappy! Hehe…

  2. Where’s the like button?🙂

  3. BEHOLD!

Psalm 127:1 A Song of Ascents. Of Solomon. Unless the LORD builds the house, those who build it labor in vain. Unless the LORD watches over the city, the watchman stays awake in vain.
2 It is in vain that you rise up early and go late to rest, eating the bread of anxious toil; for he gives to his beloved sleep.
3 Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD, the fruit of the womb a reward.
4 Like arrows in the hand of a warrior are the children of one’s youth.
5 Blessed is the man who fills his quiver with them! He shall not be put to shame when he speaks with his enemies in the gate.

It’s God’s blessings upon you PJ! Who would not rejoice would be a fool and ignorant!

May the Lord’s blessings increase upon your family a hundred fold!

    • Amen Michael!! And thank you!

We’re all looking forward to meeting our newest little boy! Though i’ve always looked upon a birth as a blessing, it seems as i’ve grown older, i see them as such, even more so.

  4. Wow, congratulations PJ!

Music from Broken Chords

Down in the human heart, crush'd by the tempter, Feelings lie buried that grace can restore; Touched by a loving heart, wakened by kindness Chords that were broken will vibrate once more. From the Hymn "Rescue the Perishing" by Fanny J. Crosby
