What to say about this? I’m stumped. Not at what is being said, but that its Benny Hinn its coming from! Isn’t this the same guy who years ago, said Jesus was going to appear with him on stage? What he states in these 2 clips about Lakeland, false signs and wonders, is true….but…

There are 2 more clips to this (Part 3 and Part 4). Once you have added them, you’ll see where all of this going. He is showing how these cheap imitators were not “holy” like him, he does not mix with the “world” and he learned to always speak the truth through his teacher, Katherine Kuhlman. What he is doing is very convincing and very deceptive. I am going to watch these a little closer when I get home this evening, but I just wanted to let you know that there are 2 more parts.

True C. KingHisglory. What he said, at least in the 2 clips i watched, was actually good…it was biblical and an excellent warning–but it just seemed odd to hear it coming from Benny Hinn. By the way, thanks again for posting it. At first i thought it was a joke, lol….

Strikes me as the same old wolf putting on a new set of “camoflage”.
There seems to be an ever increasing rift amoung the false prophets. Each trying to distance him/herself from those who have been widely exposed.
I suspect it is a “self preservation” technique; denying complicity to escape the inevitable backlash of being cutoff from the ever dwindling pool of cash donations.

If he were a true prophet he would have warned the people in advance and not waited until the false Lakeland revival had ruined thousands of lives, and brought endless ridicule upon the Church.
I never thought I would find myself nodding in agreement with Benny Hinn.
I think bloggers like you may be responsible for this. More and more people are becoming aware of the bizarre actions of people like Bentley, and speaking out against it.
Perhaps Benny’s donations are even dwindling because of this, and seeing the ‘signs’ decided to jump on the ‘reformation’ bandwagon. After all, I assume he has grown accustomed to his lavish lifestyle.
I’m going to go and watch the last to clips that Kari found now.
All I can say is “WOW!!!!”
First of all, Hinn has just labeled him self a heretic ten times over, under his own qualifications. He strongly insists people look to the Word only, and goes on about telling people to leave his meetings if he starts talking about angels. Uh… what about that one incident where he told everybody that Jesus was gonna appear on the platform? And that whole falling under the power thing, could I get a chapter and verse on that??? Oh… and you know all those people who have been on your show who are highly involved in Lakeland and the NAR.
He encourages us to go straight to the source: the Word of God. What about that time he said “who needs the Bible, I’ve got direct revelation.”
Besides that and his obvious “hey… I’ve always been on track and they aren’t” emphasis, the bigger part of this message is relatively true.

Katharine Kuhlman always scared me.
All I can say is that this is what I feared would begin to happen–a type of double deception. About two months ago I was in prayer and I sensed the Lord was warning me of the need for even greater discernment for what was “around the corner” in the days ahead. I had a peculiar sense that it would be this sort of “plot twist” that would require laser sharp discernment.
God’s ways are higher, and I trust this is His way of separating the sheep from the goats.

It just rubbed me so wrong when in the first video he says if anyone says it can’t happen to me (speaking of deception)…then your already decieved…
I just kept thinking he was prophesying to his audience…and speaking truth at that.
He’s deceived and they are deceived.
This is also the same guy who told people in Kenya to bring their dead relatives to the TV screen while he was preaching and they would rise from the dead.
I love the way he thinks he’s giving the pure word of God to his followers. How sick. Does he not know he is condeming himself? He is describing himself…and giving warnings about himself…not just all the other false prophets and teachers.

From where I sit, I think you are all doing the ass a disservice putting him on par with the likes of Benny Hinn.

How long before the opposition hits back? If they don’t that speaks volumns and if they do it will make for very interesting reading!! This could get dirty but may be the means of many escaping from men’s evil plans and wicked deceptions
A couple observations:
1. I feel for one of the pastors on the front row during Hinn’s message who hosted Bentley in his church just weeks before the downfall.
2. It will be very interesting to see how the NAR folks, particularly Bill Johnson, respond to this. Johnson said he defended Bentley “because of his enemies.” Now he needs to add Hinn to the list.
3. It’s not clear to me the date of this recording. I wonder if it follows or predates Charisma’s Lee Grady’s editorial, “Charismatic Meltdown.”

Wow ,so here we have a man who sells the anointing gets as many people as he can to come on his show and help line his /their pockets false prophets galore who now stands and comes against a young one of the Lord . Todd was led astray but i know him i he simply was led astray bob jones introduced todd to the emma angel listen as a man the same age as todd(well a little older) i can personally attest to the withccraft used by a lot of these men of ‘god’ notice the little g they want to control and harness the call of God on a young person especially when they say oh it takes years it took me years failing to understand the rapidity of the spirit of God raising up individuals todd was beat into submission literally had it pounded into him you will never enter the ministry if you don’t do this don’t worry about what i say if i am wrong i will give an account you do as i say etc etc this is witchcraft in it’s vile form . now benny is talking like he is it and so what he says goes only problem is he has an awful lot of influence as i sat watching the 6 parts i have had a headache come over me and a deep sick feeling that i have not experienced before.i will be going off to prayer in a little bit but man alive i mean where is the Lord God of Israel here.? Do you realize in one part he says the emotions lead to the demonic .um .isn’t God an emotional God? wasn’t Jesus moved with compassion ,wept,got angry,didn’t jeremiah weep like a lot. what is with this stuff does anybody have a clear answer because i am starting to waver in my own heart with all of this stuff going on If only now it is to make himself look good doesn’t he get he is more guilty then anyone for lying and abusing God’s people?. A few years ago Benny Hinn stated that there were 27 different personalities in the Godhead. I didn’t stutter or misquote. He publically taught this, until the outrage became so adamant for his head, he repented, and pleaded ignorance….[on TBN]..publically. He teaches that his anointing, and being “slain” in the Spirit is proof of his power….though it is an inferred teaching; indirect. Is it biblical?
Benny is so heavily into charismatic ecunenicalism, including and leaning toward Catholicism, that his backwards collar proves he’s simply underdressed. He should wear that funny little fish hat the Pope wears….the “CROWN OF DAGON….and the bright red of the true Cardinal…for that is how he sees himself, and how he acts. He does not heal , as he claims, and has been exposed over and over….including numerous episodes on investigative TV.
He has honored the Pope, stood side by side with Roman Catholics for YEARS, and lied about every thing he truly is. He owns several MANSIONS around America. He was exposed employing his wife with a salary of over 1 million dollars a year..She travelled to Africa, “for the kids”…and a couple of fictitious orphanages in Mexico…[DATELINE?].and that was perhaps 10 years ago. His estimated salary then was at least 10 million . He has no substantiated healings, as I said. Who is profiting from an unbiblical ministry that lies about signs and wonder?
He has adamantly refused to reveal his finances, as several tv evangelists covenented to do years ago. I personally heard his greed laced lame apologetics. He is very, very rich, and knows that the base of his supporters would never give him another dime if they knew the truth .
Todd Bentley was a “toddler” in the real world of crocadiles…compared to this SLICK-MEISTER. A greedy deceiver at the head of the cash cow,,,,,milking the naive who do believe he is of God, and wonder at his magic act when people respond to his magic act, and pass out, or coil up in electric pulses.
This is an ancient act of deception , in the art of politics, that the west calls “THE STRAW MAN”. it is to expose one obvious error in another, so that you would be justified in principle, as the vindicator and defender of truth.
Bentley is the straw man. some wondered if in the end, they would “throw him under the train” to justify themselves. We have our answer. Bentley is toast. He’ll probably join some Hell’s angels chapter, and rocK ON.
Benny is a man without a conscience, and knows what people want to hear, and provides. The gullible and poor are his chief supporters. He is a liar, and deceiver, and probably the richest evangelist in the history of the World.

Well, it’s nice that Benny Hinn said something…after the fact! If he had said something during the carnival in Lakeland, he probably would have been criticized as feeling jealous.
I’m actually shocked by the truth of what Benny said in these clips and part 2 though sounded like he was also criticizing Paul Crouch and TBN too.

It makes my spiritual antenna go up…and i ask why? Why now is he speaking out about this in particular?
Though a great portion of what he said in these clips is actually true, we can’t forget that there are occasions when satan speaks the truth, mixed with lies, if it will further his agenda.
I’ll tell you the truth, all i kept remembering when watching the very first clip, was the horrible video posted here of his wife looking like some demon possessed nut screaming about a ‘Holy Ghost enema’…

Pj: I just watched your “horrible video”…with Mrs: Hinn. She’s psychotic. “Comin’right out your rear end…..” Of course I didn’t like her use of the Lords name….but it was so funny..and surreal. A Saturday Night Live skit could not have been more funny, but this was not Parody. She was serious. I bet that hit the spot with some of his more dignified clerical friends.

Rejoicing at the truth spoken, no matter the speaker, may be an option.
I just picked my chin up off the floor after seeing the video of Benny’s better half. What a nutcase, and a foul one at that! And I couldn’t believe all those people just clapping and cheering her on. What a shame to see.
I noticed the same thing that Kit did in the first video when Hinn was telling people that if they thought that it couldn’t happen to them, then they were already deceived. And I thought the same thing – that he was telling the truth. But I am not so sure that Hinn is deceived. I think he is a wolf who knows exactly what he is doing.
I think he waited until after Lakeland to voice these opinions because he wanted to see how the Lakeland thing would turn out. If it had been successful, I don’t think he would’ve opened his mouth. He probably would have even patterned himself similarly to Bentley. I think this man just blows whichever way the Charismatic winds and CASH blow!

I’ve ministered deliverance to some that became bound by a spirit of kundalini. Poor Pastors are so ensnared by religious spirits, they can’t see a thing.

I agree, its all to do with money.
I have tried hard to resist the flesh, and not comment upon the episode of Benny Hinn, or of the sad antics of his wife. But I must confess that there may be a subtle work going on here, that should be talked about. In the past, I wrote a comment about spiritual possession, as described in Isaiah 28, 29 & 30, and tried to show how easily and quickly one can be overcome by the surrender to sensual activity.
But what may not be as quick, nor as easy, is spiritual recovery from such things, and hearing about Benny Hinn’s return to sober thought, is at least encouraging. For nothing is beyond our God, including Mr. Hinn’s salvation. This would be worth commenting on, because if Mr. Hinn truly sought recovery, how much the more, would this decision glorify our Father.
Unfortunately, I have not heard a single word of repentance. And this is sad, because I now have to consider that the forces of evil may be fast closing ranks. Part of the global religious agenda is to attack from within, as well as from without. Perhaps Mr. Hinn may have been given a new a script, and the role he is now playing, can be used to reconcile the more extreme elements of religion, with the less offensive. I pray not.
Since the Reformation, the Mother Church in Rome has labored to regain control of their fleeing congregations, and has not given up the quest. As a result, many Protestant organizations have been infiltrated by Jesuit intrigue, as their universities, seminaries, pulpits and congregations have quietly come under their influence. Over the years, this invasion has divided Protestant Christianity to the point, that doctrines of truth have become so watered down that pure religion, and undefiled, is hard to find in any given church.
Regrettably, this opportunity to subvert true Christianity has attracted many volunteers since the early 1700’s, and I am told that Benny Hinn is of this Jesuit Order. Further, Mr. Hinn was also known to have developed a strong connection to the eastern mysteries and was also believed to be a Shaman. So it is no surprise to watch the video of his wife behave in the manner she did. Nor is it surprising to watch Benny Hinn’s staff conduct a drug party on video, as well.
But what is surprising, is the fact that Mr. Hinn’s followers disregard Benny’s sleeping upon the graves of Kathryn Kuhlman and Amy Semple Mc Phearson, to receive their spirits. When these allegations were reported, Mr. Hinn did not deny his actions, but wrote a letter, explaining his purpose behind those naps on the grave sites. Rather than deny that he was practicing a ritual witchcraft acceptance of evil spirits, he simply used the Bible to explain his behavior. In which he wrote, that the story of Elijah’s laying upon the dead child of the widow, was what inspired him to sleep upon the graves. Of course we know that there is a big difference between laying upon a dead child in prayer, to ask God to raise the child from the dead, with that of sleeping upon the dead, to receive their spirits. But the majority of Hinn’s followers bought the sick excuse, and continued to seek this man’s anointing.
And this is the troubling part of Benny Hinn’s sudden reversal, because the more he is reformed to truth, and the more he becomes the standard for normalcy, the greater the opportunity to subtly inflict damaging lies into the hearts of an unsuspecting church. Yes, I would praise God if Mr. Hinn’s change in direction was a result of a change in heart. After all, this is a man whom had no trouble slaying people in the spirit, knowing that his spells cast demons upon the victims of those whom received his healing. But there has been no repentance of this ugly practice, and surely one whose heart has been touched by the LORD, would acknowledge this former evil, and explain the deadly satanic purpose behind the slaying the spirit activity. And as much as I ‘d love to see Mr. Hinn become a child of God, unless and until he recants his former works, I would be very wary of his teachings, regardless how biblical they may appear.

Honestly, I think Mr. Hinn is an old fashioned con job! I really think he knows exactly what he is doing, and has probably studied crowd control as well as mass hypnosis techniques.

I suppose that Mr Hinn is deceived in a way. Anyone, who knowingly perpetrates a fraud of this sort, must be deceived. I’ve just never thought about it very deeply. I’m not even sure he believes in God at all. How could he, and be unafraid to stand on a stage, and do what he does? But I suppose that unbelievers are the most deceived of all.
Even though he was telling them the truth when he said ‘ and if you believe it can’t happen to you, you are already deceived ‘, I don’t think he even thought about what he was saying. I think ‘the truth’ was spoken inspite of the speaker’s intent, which was to deceive, if that makes any sense.
I agree with Dave2 that the more he seems to be reformed to truth, the greater the opportunity to inflict damaging lies into the hearts of an unsuspecting church. And that is what I have been afraid of all along. That being said, I also agree that Hinn is not beyond salvation. And if that truly happened, that would be a nice, wonderful, miracle!
Clint you say rejoicing at the truth spoken , no matter the speaker may be an option – not for me I’m afraid otherwise I might as well worship at my local Kingdom Hall or Latter Day Saints church. I understand they quote from scripture.

It makes sense. I think one either serves one master or the other. And if you are not serving God, then either knowingly or unknowingly, you are serving satan. But I wonder if he believes in either at all.
By the way, I saw an interview with Steve Martin, and he said he modeled himself after Benny Hinn for the faith healer movie. What was the name of that? Was it Leap of Faith?

Benny Hinn spoke truth, that is why it is astounding. I wasn’t speaking of those who twist Scripture (which Hinn himself does) but, I think you already knew that. I don’t think it glorifies God to only make funny potshots without rejoicing in the truth spoken. The world does the same, only they use profanity.
Todd Bentley has disappeared from public ministry. To a few, it is a welcomed correction in the American Christian movement. However, many so-called leaders continue to fail to admit the great deception that was allowed to rage in the church had any lasting influence affect upon those poor seduced souls that were subjected to this spiritual clown.

Unless delivered, false doctrines, a different gospel and doctrines of demons place permanent spiritual marks on those who participate in them. Deceiving spirits are used by the god of this world to steal souls. The masses that were drawn to this false prophet were simply left in the darkness of their souls with false explanations that Bentley reverted into an emotional experience with another woman and is divorcing his wife. The followers were told by the very same false prophets that arrived in Lakeland and gave him those heady prophecies of his supposedly anointed future, (which never happened) are “restoring him.” Who is restoring them?
Although Bentley’s ministry was thoroughly examined for biblical legitimacy and found to be a gospel filled with demonic influences, most church leaders still tell their congregations that it was just a matter of weakness of his flesh and he fell into sin. People are bound with powerful cult demons that have spiritually blinded them and no one has tried to help them to find freedom from the demons that have captured their souls.
Many, including this writer have related the horror of demonic powers that possessed the victims of crazy revival of Bentley. Seduced people that have been bound by powerful kundalini demons must be set free by driving those demons out through deliverance in the name of Jesus. Once a devil has been invited in, they must be driven out; otherwise, the victim will stay chained by the powers of darkness. How many will land in hell because of this insane deception of this spiritual clown? We will know at the Judgment Seat of Jesus.
Meantime, while the church continues to center upon such things as: Did Todd commit adultery? Is he still living with the jezebel woman that took him away from his family? Is he still drinking? Where is he hiding now? Who is restoring him? Has he repented? Bentley has become a soap opera to entertain the dumbed down minds of the church.
Hardly anyone is concerned about the deadly affect of those captured, blinded, wounded victims who are now being tormented by devils. I’m glad you brought that up…all of the letters sent out by those who supported him, or still do like Joyner, Wagner, etc etc, never mention the thousands who were duped nightly at this ‘outpouring’…

I’m glad you brought that up…all of the letters sent out by those who supported him, or still do like Joyner, Wagner, etc etc, never mention the thousands who were duped nightly at this ‘outpouring’…
Even if they do concede the wrong personal doings of Todd, they still continue to claim Lakeland was a ‘great work’ of God. I don’t think any of them will ever admit differently.
The real tragedy of Bentley and Lakeland are all the people who got sucked into that mess…

No discernment whatsoever.. IF Bentley had not fallen publicly into sexual sin, he’d still be going strong today: pastors across the globe would still be singing his praises, and following after the doctrine of demons he taught.
