I love the Word…It subdues the wicked, causing them to expose themselves for who and what they are. By creating a web of mystic possibilities,..[changing all of culture to “Bless” those who can manipulate it..] and then endorsing themselves as the only ones to unwind it…[“the power structure on top of each mountain”] for the benefit of their followers….offering kingship under their rulership…they trap themselves and identify themselves as who and what they REALLY are… Satanic. I love it…..good comment!

Remember Dutch Sheet’s open letter in August 2008 regarding the Bentley/Lakeland fiasco?
Did his approach with the ‘confession/repentance’ actually result in something positive? Do you think it sparked a change in the other high profile ministry types that he does not name, but includes by definition?
And did he actually address the problem with the questionable theological premise about the “apostles that say me!” (nod to Monty Python & the Holy Grail 🙂 ) spin to justify their prominence & prestige, position & power?
I appreciated his attempt, but it did not seem to be sufficient in & of itself to catalyze a dismantling of the very organizational chart that puts those supra-spiritual types atop their own Babble-on Pyramid…
Will we ‘see’ any such dismounting from the high-horses of the uber-apostolic/prophetic ministry types?
And his carefully couched mention of the C. Peter Wagner could not possibly address the errors in that setup which still justifies the very thing that is the root of the issue to begin with… 😦
In this instance only those outside the organizational boundaries call it for what it really is. And they are labeled as the “Doctrine Police”. Once they are enthroned atop that apostolic mountain only a divine earthquake could shake some theological sense into those people. They will not listen to anyone else calling foul outside the influence of their play-house domain.

Yes i do recall that letter–in fact i ‘believe’ its posted somewhere on here.It was face-saving garbage.
Another term i noticed they are using against anyone who questions their teachings [or authority] is religious spirit. If you dare point out their errors you automatically have a ‘religious spirit’… Joyner even used the same term when coming against Lee Grady after Grady posted that hard hitting [truthful] commentary concerning Todd.
Sigh…..More of the same. They’re like spiders, spinning a huge web to trap the gullible church.:

😀 Grubbery. Yes. Grubbing for money. Although, I do know people in this deception some sincerely think they are doing “Godly” things. But at the very top…..I have many doubts about them. I think, if it’s not money, it’s fame and power. (Robert Henderson wrote in one of his newletters, that God had told him that he would make his name(Robert’s) famous) If that’s not deception, I don’t know what is. (I know him personally and he is a very nice person and sincere(or at least he was “back in the day”. Unfortunately, none of us are immune to deception). I am afraid he now a part of the group that would say “ME!” to us.
